Chef of your life
Life is like food. You can choose whether your meals are nourishing or not. You can be a fast-food junkie or a fine dining connoisseur. You can experience life as a banquet or as a frozen processed meal. Are you cooking your own meals or are you just eating what someone else wants you to consume?
From each of the basic building blocks of life (creativity, nature, learning, work, family, others, health, home, money, personal development, service, context, and philosophy) you need to create a meal tailored to your taste, eat the meal and digest it. If you like it then continue, if it gets stale, boring or you are plainly dissatisfied with the results, then start over again with a new meal, new ingredients, new flavors - and taste, eat, digest.
The key is that you are creative and the Chef of your own life. You need to continuously nourish yourself in order to flourish and inspire others.
