Choose security from yourself



 


Many people have lost their jobs due to the unfortunate Corona pandemic. Also, many did assume that having a job is a form of security in itself.

Job security has proven to be an illusion.

 

Many believe that their jobs will come back once there is a vaccine. Yes, some jobs will return, but most will not.

Remote working will remain.

Remote learning will remain.

Buying goods via e-commerce (instead of via retail stores) will remain.

Videoconferencing, replacing business travel, will remain.

 

More and more citizens and governments are pushing a green, sustainable recovery.

A return to ‘normal’ is not a viable option anymore.

There will be a lot of (paid) work in the transition from fossil fuel and car-centric economy into renewable energy and people/nature-centric society.

Yes, there will be jobs in the green recovery, but a much more secure option is to choose the security in yourself. Your uniqueness is your secure gateway. Your uniqueness is needed to build a better world, together.

 

The step from ‘fitting in’ to ‘flying out’ is both challenging and rewarding. By choosing self-employment you will live your own life instead of living the life of someone else.
