The way we approach problems




Is like trying to improve the play of a tennis player who has one hand tied behind his back. 

We focus on the other hand with the racket and fine-tune the way the ball is hit. 

We ignore the main problem, we don’t want to see it and its negative impact on balance, speed, flexibility, and strength.
