Just like with your physical fitness you will train your brain (online) weekly for 1,5 hours. Each week you will have different sessions (Brain Breaks; Themes; Curiosity; Creativity). You will train in a group (max 7 persons) and apply 21stcentury knowledge, skills, and mindset.
